Collective has many meanings, all of which depict and describe the Leadership and Learning Collective (LLC). The Leadership and Learning Collective means community, united, shared, common, mutual, and combined. We are a community of lifelong learners who respect and appreciate leadership and learning, and value shared experiences and mutual support. We work together to strengthen and refine our leadership and to inspire and support others on their leadership journey. Together, we foster growth that results in personal and professional development, success, and joy.
In addition to our leadership and learning community, the Leadership and Learning Collectives provides tailored professional coaching, mentoring, discussions, workshops, and mini retreats for individuals, teams, and organizations. We offer unique opportunities designed to help our clients pursue possibilities, potential, and purpose, individually or collectively. As a collective, we recognize the interconnectedness of personal well-being, leadership, and learning.
