I am passionate about helping others explore possibilities and discover unmet potential. Through courageous conversations and deep listening, my clients uncover gifts, talents, aspirations and goals that bring them closer to their purpose and provide them with the inspiration to inspire others (leadership). With an emphasis on accountability and a focus on progress versus outcomes, my clients continuously experience small wins that lead to greater successes.

After 25 years in corporate America, I now find great joy in helping others build build their personal and professional leadership brand. With my educational background from the University of Pittsburgh, Duquesne University's Professional Coach Certification Program, and CMU's Tepper School of Business Executive Leadership Program, I've acquired the skills and techniques to provide effective leadership and life coaching to those seeking transformative growth and development.

My mission as a Leadership and Life Coach is simple. I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore and develop their possibilities, potential and purpose.

My Approach

My approach to coaching is rooted in The International Coaching Federation Core Competencies and, more importantly, Ephesians 2:10: "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." We all have possibilities, potential, and purpose, propelling us to do good in and for this world. Through my coaching approach, which includes courageous conversations that lead to internal reflection, clients find themselves moving from good to great.
